Each program is a preference-based program, meaning that your training plan will be based off of the types of workouts you like!

Monthly subscription

Access new workouts every month, basic meal plans, sample grocery lists, daily devotionals or prayers, and weekly reflection prompts to support your journey.

12-week program

The "Strength as Stewardship" program includes a customized training plan, comprehensive nutrition guidance, meal plans, sample grocery lists, weekly check-ins, faith reflections, scripture, daily devotionals, and community support.

1:1 Training

Experience deep personalization, frequent check-ins, and dedicated accountability. This program offers everything above with hands-on guidance for women seeking a truly tailored experience.
